Sales Representative – B2B IT Solutions

About the role

Codolis is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business for its custom software development and engineering team services. You will identify and engage potential B2B clients, qualify their needs, and guide them toward technical discovery with our engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover software development requirements.
• Conduct introductory calls and arrange technical discovery meetings with the engineering team.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers such as CTOs, founders and product managers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales or business development experience, preferably in software development services.
• Strong understanding of custom software, web/mobile projects and IT team augmentation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily communication with global clients.
• Proven ability to work independently to generate, contact and qualify prospects.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
