Sales Representative

About the role

Codolis is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to help expand its custom software and engineering team services. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, initiating conversations, and building a robust sales pipeline across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and proactively reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their software development needs.
• Conduct introductory calls and schedule technical discovery meetings with the engineering team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers such as CTOs, founders, and product managers.
• Track all outreach activities, leads, and progress in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development, preferably within software development services.
• Solid understanding of custom software, web/mobile projects, and IT team augmentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international clients.
• Proven ability to independently generate, contact, and qualify prospective clients.
• Clear, direct communication style with a client‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
