Sales Specialist – Integrated AV Solutions

About the role

Indigo Forward is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive the sale of integrated audio‑visual (AV) solutions across its assigned regions. Based in Belgrade, the role combines on‑site presence with hybrid flexibility, focusing on B2B customers in corporate, finance, energy, technology, public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads, managing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare tailored proposals, present solutions and conduct product demonstrations for corporate and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to translate customer requirements into comprehensive system designs and service packages.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide post‑sale support and follow‑up.
• Participate in sales reporting, market analysis and continuous training on AV technologies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven B2B sales experience with pipeline management, negotiation and deal closure.
• Experience presenting technical solutions and conducting demonstrations.
• Background in sales or account management, preferably in technology‑driven environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Belgrade and travel within the region as needed.
• Fluency in English and Serbian.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AV solutions and AV‑over‑IP technologies.
• Understanding of IT and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with collaboration and conferencing tools.
