Senior Agentic Developer / Line Manager

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers to work on agentic development and build software solutions that improve and automate business processes. In this role, you’ll work in a Scrum‑based environment and apply strong software engineering practices to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for change and automation, and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic and AI‑enabled software solutions that address real business needs.
• Analyse existing business and operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and AI implementation.
• Translate process requirements into scalable technical designs and practical software solutions.
• Take ownership of the delivery lifecycle, from analysis and solution design through implementation, testing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to clarify priorities, validate solutions and support successful delivery.
• Provide technical direction, coordinate day‑to‑day engineering activities, manage team priorities and support the development of other team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Previous team‑lead experience in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Java (or other relevant programming languages) with solid software engineering principles.
• Agentic development or building agent‑based software solutions.
• Kubernetes.
• Scrum / Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (nice‑to‑have).
