Senior BIM Modeller

About the role

Arup is expanding its BIM community in Serbia and seeks a Senior BIM Modeller to deliver high‑quality digital design and BIM solutions across multidisciplinary projects in Belgrade, Europe and internationally. You will work alongside engineers, architects and digital specialists to create coordinated 3D models, drawings and documentation that meet client and Arup standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models throughout all project delivery stages using Revit, AutoCAD and related platforms.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, drawings and project documentation in line with Arup standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated design and coordination workshops.
• Participate in model reviews, clash detection and design coordination sessions.
• Support BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards and digital delivery workflows.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM modelling experience in the built environment sector.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to work in international project teams.
