Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution across our multi‑channel, multi‑platform marketing operations. The role combines strategic planning, technical implementation, and continuous optimisation, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build multi‑channel, multi‑platform campaign plans from audience definition to budget allocation and creative direction.
• Execute and optimise performance campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, running A/B tests and reallocating spend in real time.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution) and contribute to a data‑warehouse reporting layer.
• Produce basic ad creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Figma and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with design, CRM, website, PR, events and student recruitment teams to align campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing or campaign management, preferably with agency experience.
• Proven experience running international B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple countries and cultures.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous startup or scale‑up environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward execution over theory.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads platform management.
• Campaign tracking setup (UTM parameters, pixel implementation).
• Data‑warehouse and reporting dashboard creation.
• Basic creative production using Canva, CapCut, Figma.
