Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will turn complex compensation data into actionable insights, support key compensation initiatives and help drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex compensation data to identify trends, patterns and risks, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Support salary review cycles, pay‑equity analysis, compensation planning and other compensation programs.
• Conduct market compensation analysis and salary benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Develop analytical models, scenarios and dashboards to answer compensation‑related questions.
• Define business requirements for compensation data products and partner with technical teams to improve data availability and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and confidentiality of compensation data and analytical outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, consulting (including Big Four) or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee compensation data with discretion.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query).
• Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA or R.
• PowerPoint for presenting analytical findings.
