Senior Engineer – Stator Manufacturing Innovation

About the role

Grundfos is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the exploration and implementation of breakthrough stator manufacturing technologies. You will turn emerging innovations into production‑ready solutions that support sustainable motor design and the company’s global sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies for stator and motor production.
• Drive technology development projects from concept through maturation to implementation.
• Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps and work with the Lead Engineer to execute the strategy.
• Initiate and supervise research partnerships with universities.
• Consult across the organization on current production processes and support product and production development projects.
• Enable remanufacturing capabilities for sustainable motors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑8 years of experience in motor design and manufacturing, with knowledge of active materials within motors.
• Proven ability to lead development projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for sustainability.
