Senior Frontend Engineer – Admin Platform

About the role

Easygo is building an internal admin platform for KICK’s operations. As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will join a newly formed team in Belgrade that designs and delivers the core user interface for critical administrative and moderation workflows. You will help define the architecture and development patterns that will be used by multiple engineering teams across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code following best‑practice standards.
• Perform hands‑on development, testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure high quality and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions, propose architectural solutions and contribute to team and company OKRs.
• Identify and drive improvements in frontend architecture, developer experience and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design and internal operations teams to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
• Analyse complex problems and design solutions that support large‑scale operational workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building large‑scale frontend systems for internal tools.
• Strong focus on clean architecture, maintainable code and performance.
• Passion for creating accessible, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
