Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst

About the role

Syneos Health is looking for a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst in Belgrade, working in a hybrid setting. The role collects and interprets financial and operational data to support the company's rate development and pricing strategy across its portfolio, develops internal cost rates and external bill rates for budgets and contracts, and builds detailed financial models used by business units and executives in pricing and partnership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bill and cost rates for special strategic pricing arrangements, including functional service provider (FSP) and insourcing opportunities.
• Analyse internal costs and calculate cost/bill rates for annual process reviews and mid-year reviews of Syneos' Full Service standard rates.
• Maintain bill and cost rate templates, study specific files and databases.
• Work with Pricing Leads, Business Development, Proposals and Therapeutic Business Units to build tailored rate and pricing solutions for key customers.
• Build projection models incorporating complex financial and operational data, and produce reporting, analysis and ad hoc analyses for management.
• Prepare presentations that explain the strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve analysis and reporting processes and tools, and work with Finance, IT and other functions on system enhancements.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree, Finance/Accounting preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Ability to analyse and communicate large volumes of data clearly, and strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Team player able to collaborate in a global organisation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical skills working with data, internal business partners and external customers.
