Senior Program Manager – R&D Tax Credits

About the role

The Senior Program Manager – Global R&D Tax Credits & Business Analytics leads Precision for Medicine’s worldwide R&D tax credit and innovation incentive programs. You will own the end‑to‑end process, partner with finance, tax, operations and clinical teams, and drive strategic analytics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the global R&D tax credit program, developing annual filing strategies and compliance plans across all participating countries.
• Identify qualifying R&D activities, coordinate documentation, and manage external advisors, auditors and tax authorities.
• Track legislative changes, ensure audit readiness, and maintain governance and control frameworks.
• Evaluate new country opportunities, build business cases, and launch scalable processes for expansion.
• Develop KPI frameworks, financial models, and executive dashboards to measure program impact.
• Partner with data, finance and IT teams to automate reporting, improve data quality and support enterprise‑wide analytics transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing R&D tax credit or similar incentive programs on a global scale.
• Strong understanding of tax legislation, compliance and audit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling and business case development skills.
