Senior Project Manager – Education Technology

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting, implementation, development and support projects for education‑sector customers of Constructor. Reporting within the Nexademy team, you will be the primary operational contact, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Monitor progress against baselines, identify and mitigate issues, and manage change requests.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project completion.
• Apply industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating status, risks and expectations.
• Oversee onboarding of premier customers, manage customization requests and act as liaison for feature requests and bug fixes.
• Own support incidents, coordinate escalations, conduct post‑incident reviews and root‑cause analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in the education sector.
• Strong track record of meeting on‑time and budget targets.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
