Senior Project Manager – Embedded Software Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple embedded software projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards. The role serves as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee embedded software projects, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, maintain a risk register and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates to internal teams and external clients, and track project milestones.
• Manage scope changes, ensure proper documentation and approval processes, and monitor budget performance.
• Coordinate testing activities, defect tracking and final validation, aligning development practices with QA standards and compliance protocols.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Extensive experience managing complex IT development programs and projects.
• Formal project‑management training or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or Scrum Master (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• MS Project and MS Office suite.
• Web‑based project management tools.
• Knowledge of software development life‑cycle methodologies, release management, configuration management, document management, issue tracking and quality assurance.
