Senior Python Developer (CRM - AI/LLM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our Automation division and AI/LLM team. You will help build and extend our CRM/ERP platform, integrate large‑language models, and improve the efficiency of our Customer Service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend features for the CRM/ERP product using Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Maintain and support Camunda orchestration infrastructure.
• Integrate and serve AI/LLM models within the platform.
• Design service architecture, make technical decisions, decompose and estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.
• Lead development projects and coordinate team resources to meet goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including senior‑level responsibilities.
• 5+ years of Python development with Django or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and high‑load systems.
• Good understanding of GitFlow, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
