Senior QA Manual (AI Product)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior QA Manual Engineer to ensure the quality of its AI‑driven social discovery products. You will work remotely, collaborating with a global team to test mobile, web, and backend components in a fast‑paced release environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan testing scope and timelines, create and maintain test cases, test documentation, and checklists.
• Execute manual tests on mobile, web, and backend services, stabilising patches released multiple times per week.
• Identify defects quickly, write clear defect reports, and enable engineers to resolve issues without follow‑up.
• Standardise repetitive testing steps, eliminate busywork, and integrate AI tools that accelerate the QA workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing mobile, web, and backend applications in an agile, continuous‑delivery setting.
• Strong understanding of client‑server architecture and how QA fits throughout the release cycle.
• Hands‑on with Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, and Postman.
• Regular use of AI tools as part of daily QA activities.
