Senior Security Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Security Specialist you will join the core development team for Securities Finance Trading & Collateral. You will be responsible for the security posture of a cloud‑native platform that serves more than 200 global buy‑side and sell‑side institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure security aspects of the platform are designed, implemented and maintained.
• Investigate and remediate security findings from automated tools, dependency scans and penetration tests.
• Collaborate with central security teams to validate false positives and drive vulnerability resolution.
• Upgrade and manage third‑party open‑source components while maintaining a secure supply chain.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Java enterprise development.
• Proven background building enterprise financial solutions.
• Experience working in Agile, test‑driven environments and distributed global teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Java SE / Java EE, TypeScript.
• Spring Framework, JMS, JPA/Hibernate.
• Angular (v2+), Observables, Redux.
• Identity & Access Management integration – OAuth, OpenID Connect, Single Sign‑On.
• Software design & integration patterns, enterprise architecture concepts.
• Optional: Apache Camel, Jenkins, Harness IO, Apache Kafka.
