Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer to build and scale the AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. You will design, develop, and ship customer‑facing products, automation engines, and AI‑powered workflows that directly impact property managers, their teams, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable applications, services, and APIs that power reservations, pricing, payments, and property operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling and guest communications.
• Integrate with major platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Design and maintain cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure for reliability and global growth.
• Develop AI‑driven systems using LLMs to automate guest communication, maintenance triage, and pricing decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from problem definition through architecture, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Proven ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and balance speed with maintainability.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Bias toward action, shipping, and learning from real users.
