Senior Supply Chain Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to drive strategic performance across our Domestic Building Services Division. The Senior Supply Chain Director will own end‑to‑end supply chain strategy, run the full SIOP process and lead a global team of 70 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run the full SIOP process, chairing Executive SIOP meetings.
• Drive inventory optimization and SQDICP performance across assembly sites, plants and distribution centers worldwide.
• Translate customer requirements into supply‑chain strategies to ensure high delivery reliability.
• Lead a matrix organization of 70 people, fostering a people‑first and continuous‑improvement culture.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics to reduce lead times and improve customer performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of global supply chain and logistics experience in complex international organizations.
• Proven ability to deliver SQDICP results and manage direct/indirect supply bases.
• Strong executive presence with a decisive, people‑centered leadership style.
