Serbian-Speaking Support Associate (Full-Time)

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Serbian‑speaking Support Associate to join its Belgrade team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, couriers and venue partners, helping them resolve issues quickly through live chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance to customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone.
• Ensure smooth delivery operations by troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider support team and other departments to continuously improve the support function.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, attending the office several days a week.
• Availability for shift work, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Fast learner, comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Serbian and professionally proficient in English.
