About the role
Wolt is looking for a Serbian‑speaking Support Associate to join its growing support team in Kragujevac. You will be the first point of contact for customers, couriers and partner venues, helping to ensure smooth delivery operations across the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, couriers and venues via live chat and phone.
- Resolve issues quickly to keep delivery operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to improve processes.
- Work in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office several days a week.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English.
