Service Technician / Servisni tehničar

About the role

Elmed is seeking a Service Technician to join its growing team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting industrial automation and product labeling equipment for a diverse client base across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain industrial automation systems, as well as labeling and product control equipment.
• Provide sales support during equipment presentations.
• Offer technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Completed secondary technical education with an electrical focus.
• Minimum three years of experience in electronics.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel for field work.
• Good command of English and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to build client relationships.
• Positive attitude, persistence, initiative, and teamwork orientation while being capable of independent work.
