Shift Electrician‑Technician – Packaging Line

About the role

We are looking for a Shift Electrician‑Technician to join our packaging production line. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic equipment to ensure continuous operation of the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor machine parameters on the packaging line and take corrective actions when limits are exceeded.
• Perform daily, weekly and shift‑based checks, preventive and corrective maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
• Control, maintain and intervene on electrical and electronic components of production machines to guarantee process continuity.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in other production areas as needed.
• Carry out periodic inspections, support annual overhauls and replace electrical/electronic parts on equipment.
• Suggest improvements for preventive maintenance and overall production processes.
• Participate in projects and test new equipment following provided instructions.

Required profile

• III or IV level qualification in electrical engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar industrial environment, preferably in packaging.
• Basic computer knowledge and intermediate English.
• Willingness to work in a three‑shift schedule and collaborate within a team.
