Site Contracts Associate (Remote – Serbia)

About the role

Parexel is seeking a Site Contracts Associate to manage the agreements that enable clinical trials across Serbia. This home‑based position requires fluency in Italian, Serbian and English and offers the chance to work within a patient‑focused, global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and finalize clinical study agreements, service agreements and team member contracts.
• Interpret site feedback within local legal and business frameworks to guide internal decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, local laws and internal guidelines.
• Act as the communication hub between internal teams, site staff and external partners.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial draft to signature and archival.
• Build strong relationships with trial sites and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and collaborate with the Site Contract Lead to resolve them.
• Track contract progress in real time and keep teams informed.
• Drive process improvements to make contracting faster, clearer and more efficient.
