Site Coordinator – Clinical Trials

About the role

Milestone One is seeking a Site Coordinator to support clinical trial sites in delivering studies efficiently and in compliance with ICH‑GCP standards. You will act as the primary liaison between sponsors or CROs and the medical institution, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of study activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between sponsor/CRO and the trial site.
• Respond promptly to feasibility queries and assist in scheduling monitoring visits.
• Be present during monitoring visits to address investigator questions.
• Track patient enrollment and help the site meet enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and enter data into EDC systems.
• Report adverse events and protocol deviations in a timely manner.
• Handle investigational product accountability and reconciliation.
• Collect and manage site regulatory documents.
• Support contract and budget negotiations, as well as investigator payments.
• Prepare for and participate in audits or regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences (pharmacy, nursing, or lab analytics preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical trial environment, preferably as a Study Coordinator.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and ability to work in a global team.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours based on study procedures and patient visits.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
