Site Reliability Engineer II (SRE) – Belgrade, Serbia

About the role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our Financial Services business unit in Belgrade. The role focuses on production AppOps, automation, and monitoring to ensure high‑availability, scalable cloud services for our SaaS offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and scale production services and servers for high‑throughput cloud workloads.
• Bridge development, quality, security, and operations to improve service reliability.
• Write automation code for provisioning and operating infrastructure at massive scale.
• Design, configure, manage, and monitor systems supporting product development teams.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Patch and maintain Windows and Linux servers in private data centers and Azure PaaS environments.
• Collaborate with teams to promote code using CI/CD pipelines and Application Security tooling.

Required profile

• Experienced software engineer with a focus on application reliability and scalability.
• Strong commitment to achieving six‑9s (99.9999%) availability or higher.
• Ability to work in a multi‑location, multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement of delivery processes.

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
