Social Media Manager

About the role

TRUE LABS, an international game developer, is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and execute its social media strategy. You will grow the brand’s online presence, engage communities, and collaborate with creators and influencers across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other channels.
• Build and nurture active communities on Discord and Telegram.
• Manage relationships with streamers, content creators, and influencers, coordinating promotional campaigns.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and performance metrics to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with a solid understanding of social media as a marketing tool.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to generate ideas without waiting for direction.
• Curious about internet culture, trends, and emerging content formats.
• Organized, independent, and confident communicating with creators, communities, and internal teams.
