Software Test Engineer – International Team

About the role

As a Software Test Engineer you will join a fast‑growing international team developing the Symbiot platform – an intelligent solution for managing electricity, water, gas, IoT and e‑mobility infrastructures. You will work in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment and contribute to high‑performance, secure, and scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an international development team following Agile (SCRUM) principles.
• Analyse functional requirements for smart‑utility services and help design system solutions.
• Develop and execute test procedures, including functional, performance, load and automation tests.
• Create and maintain test environments and test setups within the development team.
• Continuously improve testing approaches and expand technical knowledge.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or natural sciences field (EQF Level 6 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Tester or Software Developer.
• Proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
