Software Test Engineer – International Team

About the role

As a Software Test Engineer you will join a fast‑growing international team developing the Symbiot platform – an intelligent solution for automated management of electricity, water, gas, IoT and e‑mobility infrastructures. You will work in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment, contributing to high‑performance, scalable and secure software.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an international development team following Agile (SCRUM) principles.
• Analyse functional requirements for smart‑utility services and design system solutions.
• Develop functional prototypes with focus on performance, scalability and reliability.
• Create and execute test procedures, including functional, performance, load and other automated tests.
• Maintain test environments and setups, and continuously improve testing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or natural sciences field (EQF Level 6 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Tester or Software Developer.
• Proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork, curiosity and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
