Staff Technical Program Manager – Engineering PMO

About the role

The Engineering Program Management Office (PMO) drives the delivery of complex products and initiatives. You will plan, track, and execute critical cross‑cutting product and engineering objectives, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering programs from initiation to closure, defining charters, plans and schedules.
• Provide regular status updates across internal channels and drive execution with product representatives.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering and validation teams, ensuring coordination, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Track program metrics, KPIs and inter‑dependencies across platform, SRE and QA.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a technical role (software engineer, QE, platform engineer, etc.).
• 6+ years in technical project or program management, with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI large language models and agents (Claude Code, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Project management tools: Jira, Trello.
• Data and visualization tools: Looker, Grafana, Sigma, Figma, Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
