Store Worker – Full-time (40h/week)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated store worker to join Wolt Market in Novi Sad. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and involves handling grocery orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring a smooth and fast customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process orders through the Merchant app.
• Pick, pack and label grocery items quickly and accurately.
• Hand over prepared orders to customers and couriers on time.
• Unload deliveries from suppliers, manage pallets, and store goods safely.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and hygiene standards in the store.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn new tasks fast.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts—including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays (store open 08:00‑00:00 daily).
• Previous experience in a shop or warehouse is a plus.
