Store Worker – Novi Sad

About the role

Wolt Market is looking for enthusiastic store workers to join its fast‑growing grocery delivery team in Novi Sad. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you pick, pack and prepare orders for customers and couriers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries from suppliers, including pallet handling and storage.
• Pick and pack grocery items quickly using the Merchant mobile app.
• Ensure accurate and timely hand‑over of orders to customers and couriers.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and hygiene standards throughout the store.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn new tasks fast.
• Comfortable multitasking in a high‑pace setting.
• Flexible to work shifts in the morning, evening, weekends and holidays (store operates 08:00‑00:00 daily).
• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus.
