Supply Operations Lead

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Supply Operations Lead in Belgrade. You will own the end-to-end supply strategy and the operational performance and customer experience of Glovo in Serbia, balancing speed, availability, cost and courier earnings while optimizing Cost Per Order. You will also lead and develop a team of two Operations Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Own core supply metrics such as Delivery Time, Choice Index / Shrinking Reduction and Utilization Rate, and run operational strategies for a fast, reliable service.
• Drive unit-cost improvements to meet profitability targets while protecting Courier Earnings per Hour to keep the fleet satisfied.
• Lead, mentor and develop two direct reports (an Operations Excellence Analyst and a Senior Operations Excellence Analyst).
• Work with local Commercial, Q-Commerce and Finance teams on operational challenges, platform updates and growth plans aligned with P&L and supply targets.
• Act as the local operational anchor to global leads in Logistics, Profitability, Rider Excellence and Experience, escalating risks and negotiating localized solutions.
• Design, pilot and scale localized operational initiatives to test hypotheses before full rollout.

Required profile

• At least 2 years in logistics, operations or supply chain leadership, ideally in a high-growth tech, on-demand delivery or marketplace environment.
• Experience managing, coaching or mentoring analytical talent.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions under time pressure.
• Bilingual fluency in Serbian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience presenting complex analyses to executives and communicating across functions.

Required skills

• Analytical tools such as Looker, Google Sheets or equivalent BI tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or query tools, lightweight automation, or structured continuous improvement frameworks.
