About the role
Wolt is looking for a Support Team Lead to head its remote customer support team in Serbia. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth interactions between customers, couriers and merchants while fostering a culture of customer obsession.
Key responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer‑obsessed mindset in every interaction.
- Analyse support data, identify trends and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing support team, providing feedback and motivation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and local markets to maintain seamless operations.
- Drive process optimisation by leveraging AI tools, automation and new technologies.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in customer support or experience teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Fluent in Serbian and English (C1 level).
- People‑oriented, able to motivate and empower team members.
- Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn and teach new tools.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
