Tactical Supply Planner – Accessories

About the role

We are looking for a Tactical Supply Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Subotica. You will balance demand and supply to achieve defined service availability, inventory and cost targets for our B2C consumer goods portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain medium‑term supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and cost targets.
• Prepare and review 3‑9 month supply forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate supply planning activities with internal and external manufacturing partners to align supply with customer demand.
• Manage purchase orders and support the smooth flow of products across the supply network.
• Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers and drive actions to optimise stock and service performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to proactively manage supply risks and resolve potential disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing planning and supply chain processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, S&OP, Fulfilment, Procurement, or a related area.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand/supply planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with SAP (strong advantage).
