About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA region on a fixed‑term basis. In this senior role you will shape global recruitment strategy, coach a team of recruiters and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Worldwide’s global recruitment strategy, processes and best practices.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of recruiters across multiple regions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to anticipate hiring needs and deliver proactive talent solutions.
• Provide market insights, innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for senior and business‑critical positions, including offer negotiation.
• Leverage recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the resources, tools and development opportunities needed to succeed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders and HR functions.
• Ability to translate market data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
