Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and execute the end‑to‑end recruiting process for Marriage Reset, a fast‑growing coaching company dedicated to helping men save their marriages. The role will partner with department leaders to source, assess and hire top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using proven hiring methodologies.
• Conduct first‑touch screening calls to evaluate capability, cultural fit and motivation.
• Coordinate and manage all interview stages, ensuring clear communication and timely progression.
• Utilize structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks to maintain consistent, fair assessments.
• Prepare and extend offers, negotiate terms and drive high offer‑acceptance rates.
• Own the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, candidate‑centric approach.
• Ability to collaborate closely with department heads and influence hiring decisions.
