Technical Assistant in HR Department – Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Human Resources team in Belgrade as a Technical Assistant Intern. You will work closely with the HR Manager, supporting a wide range of HR activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal presentations and materials for external visits.
• Track and monitor tasks assigned by the HR Manager using the OPL tool (Excel).
• Support HR research, analytics initiatives, and the organization of HR projects.
• Assist in planning and executing internal HR events and conferences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement (CIP) culture.
• Handle confidential HR documentation and ensure its accuracy.
• Transfer delegated tasks to appropriate HR streams and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support purchasing and procurement processes related to HR activities.
• Help onboard new members of the HR team.

Required profile

• Last academic year or recent graduate, preferably in social or organizational sciences.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Full‑time availability (40 h/week) for the internship.
• Basic understanding of overall HR processes.
• Previous internship or practical experience in HR is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn within the HR field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
