Technical Library Specialist – Quality Management

About the role

The Technical Library Specialist will manage and revise technical documentation required for work on parts, assemblies and components at MTU Maintenance Serbia. The role supports quality management implementation and ensures that documentation processes meet both internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute and revise technical documentation for parts, assemblies and components.
• Support development and implementation of MTU quality management requirements.
• Maintain and operate the central document management system.
• Independently manage internally maintained data and develop key process indicators.
• Plan and deliver training based on employee qualification needs.
• Lead projects, represent MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external committees, and coordinate technical library activities across locations.
• Analyse non‑conformities, define corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in quality management and documentation.
• Analytical thinking with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, assertively and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
