Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to attract and connect with talented professionals across Europe and beyond. You will play a key part in growing our team by managing full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical profiles across multiple countries, functions and seniority levels.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks and community channels.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines aligned with business needs and portfolio areas.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, selection processes and coordinate recruitment logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients and external partners.
• Continuously improve candidate experience, employer branding and recruitment processes.
• Contribute to ATS optimisation, employee referrals, talent communities, recruitment analytics and innovative sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to recruit across different functions, countries and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
