Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Servers.com, part of Nexcess, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its international team. You will provide remote system administration and troubleshooting for high‑load server environments used by enterprises in gaming, fintech, streaming and more.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system administration of servers located worldwide.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Monitor server hardware health and performance.
• Work with cloud technologies and related tooling.
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems from scratch.

Required profile

• Fluent English sufficient for email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research and analyse information.
• Basic understanding of computer components and internet/network principles.
• Located in Serbia.

Required skills

• Experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
• Proficiency with the Linux command line.
• Hands‑on experience installing Windows and Linux operating systems.
