Tracking Specialist

About the role

Our reputation is built on the quality of our service, and we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Tracking Specialist. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of our tracking systems, monitor shipments, maintain communication with clients and carriers, and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments, locate and coordinate the movement of freight.
• Provide support and updates to drivers and customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and promptly inform customers of delays or unexpected situations.
• Solve problems that could affect on‑time delivery.
• Ensure freight is loaded/unloaded correctly, verify documents match, and collect paperwork.
• Identify special needs for each load and prioritize time‑sensitive shipments.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Tracking Specialist or in the transportation industry on the US market.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities, good organization, and a strong work ethic.
