Training Programme Monitoring and Analytics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Training Programme Monitoring and Analytics Coordinator to oversee the tracking, analysis and improvement of training programmes within a complex international project. The role will also evaluate volunteer recruitment and engagement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop methodologies to assess training programme effectiveness and volunteer satisfaction during recruitment and engagement.
• Monitor implementation of training programmes and achievement of defined success indicators, including volunteer engagement and retention.
• Collect, process and analyse data related to trainings, recruitment and volunteer experience.
• Prepare analytical reports and provide insights to enhance programmes and support decision‑making.
• Ensure quality of training delivery, support trainers and propose improvements to content and methodology.
• Collaborate with recruitment, selection, benefits and IT teams to align systems and platforms with analytical needs.
• Coordinate data collection, processing and communication between all teams involved in programme delivery.
• Participate in improving performance monitoring, reporting and data management processes.

Required profile

• University degree in social sciences, management, organization, analytics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, project coordination, training programme development or research.
• Experience working with databases, reporting and digital data‑analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, interpret data and present results to different decision‑making levels.
• Attention to detail, systematic approach and capacity to handle large amounts of information and parallel activities.
• Experience in event organisation, training programme delivery, volunteer management or project environments is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
