Transfer Pricing Specialist

About the role

EXANTE is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to own the group’s transfer pricing documentation, policy, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, Audit and Tax, you will work in a dynamic, regulated financial‑services environment, combining technical rigour with practical, operational transfer pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update transfer pricing documentation for all intercompany transactions.
• Analyse and document fee streams such as introducer/rebate arrangements, brand and white‑label licensing, platform and IT service fees, and management/support services.
• Classify intercompany transactions by category (goods, services, royalties/IP, financing) and maintain a structured system.
• Design and implement operational transfer pricing processes, embedding pricing policies into day‑to‑day systems.
• Perform periodic true‑ups to align actual results with the established policy.
• Advise business units on transfer pricing implications of intra‑group services, financing arrangements, and restructurings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transfer pricing within a financial‑services or similar regulated industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex tax rules into practical operating models.
• Hands‑on approach, capable of managing end‑to‑end documentation and compliance cycles.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with finance, tax, and business stakeholders.
