VIP Account Manager – German Language

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with German‑speaking VIP players. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional service, player satisfaction and driving retention and growth within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking VIP players, delivering top‑level customer experience.
• Proactively contact players to introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximise engagement.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues quickly, acting as the go‑to contact for VIP players.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies for increasing player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry (mandatory).
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a VIP/Account Management role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
