Warehouse Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling material receipt and issue, and ensuring that production lines receive the necessary supplies on time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative receipt of materials, verify documentation and label all items.
• Organize storage, implement FIFO/FEFO principles and manage warehouse space efficiently.
• Record all warehouse transactions in the information system and post them promptly.
• Supply production lines according to KANBAN shelves or order‑based picking plans.
• Pack, prepare and load finished products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities.
• Handle waste receipt, internal transport and collaborate with freight forwarders and customs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and inspect pallet conditions regularly.

Required profile

• High school diploma (level III–IV), preferably technical.
• At least two years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Basic knowledge of English and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Use of MS Outlook and internet applications for documentation.
