Web3 Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Web3 Fullstack Engineer to create the seamless bridge between traditional web (Web2) and blockchain (Web3) experiences. You will own end‑to‑end features that let players and developers interact with digital items—minting, owning, trading, and redeeming—without needing to know where the item resides.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship flows that connect traditional accounts/payments with on‑chain wallets, supporting custodial and non‑custodial wallets, account abstraction, gasless transactions, and fiat on‑ramps.
• Build and maintain the full lifecycle of digital items, ensuring on‑chain state and off‑chain records stay consistent, auditable and fast.
• Develop end‑to‑end fullstack features across wallet‑connected frontends, high‑throughput backend services, and smart‑contract / indexing layers.
• Model items and ownership with unified data models and APIs that work across off‑chain databases, custodial wallets, and on‑chain storage.
• Guarantee reliability of value flows with idempotency, reconciliation and fault‑tolerant design.

Required profile

• Strong focus on product quality, developer experience and protocol correctness.
• Comfortable owning features from concept to production and making pragmatic decisions about on‑chain vs off‑chain responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about trust, custody boundaries and failure scenarios.
