Workday Administrator – Security & Integration

About the role

The Workday Admin will oversee security architecture and governance across the Workday suite, ensuring compliance and supporting HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and advise on Workday security, including domain security policies, roles, and assignments.
• Perform audits of system roles and access logs, and partner with HR Ops for mass data uploads (EIBs).
• Lead design, testing, training, and implementation of security and organization solutions.
• Support system integrations, testing, issue resolution, and develop proof‑of‑concepts based on business needs.
• Provide high‑level internal customer support via ticketing systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven Workday security design, implementation, and support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Workday security configuration and role management.
• Experience creating, loading, and troubleshooting EIBs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
