Account Manager – Client Partnerships (Belgrade)

About the role

ARRISE is looking for an Account Manager to join its Belgrade office. You will manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, support their onboarding and integrations, and help grow long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding, guide integrations and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organise, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and provide regular KPI updates.
• Monitor the iGaming market, advise clients on relevant opportunities, and resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or project tools is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, professional attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings.
