About the role

Glow Marketing is looking for an Ad Creative Specialist to produce static and video ads for aesthetic and weight‑loss clinics across Scandinavia, Europe and the US. You will work closely with media buyers, using performance data to shape the next creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

Create static ads from client‑provided photos, results, offers and reviews.
Guide clients on filming, write scripts and shot instructions for self‑recorded video content.
Edit short video ads for Reels, Stories and Feed formats.
Generate AI‑based images and videos, including realistic before/after visuals.
Develop new angles and hooks to test for each client and maintain a creative bank of winning ads.

Required profile

Portfolio of paid social ads, preferably for Meta platforms.
Strong understanding of direct‑response advertising – hook first, clear offer, conversion focused.
Good written English and ability to meet weekly deadlines for multiple clients.
Reliable, organized and comfortable working remotely.
