About the role
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position. As an Individual Contributor you will own Amazon operations end‑to‑end for existing Seller Central accounts, driving incremental growth without building from scratch.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily account health, manage inventory levels, and resolve policy or listing issues.
- Audit and refine product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) using CRO and SEO techniques, and coordinate creative assets.
- Produce weekly performance reports covering GMV, conversion, session share and Buy Box metrics, and surface new product opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in the US with proven growth results.
- Experience scaling mature brands, handling FBA logistics, catalog compliance and restricted‑category approvals (e.g., supplements).
- Proficiency in Shopify‑Amazon integration and familiarity with Brand Registry and Brand Analytics.
